This is a full-time position for a motivated and flexible executive assistant. The executive director’s office is in West Los Angeles.

Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for donation database (capturing, categorizing, and reporting donations in Salsa)
- All scheduling and travel arrangements
- Answer/screen emails and phone calls for ED–includes sifting through hundreds of emails and determining which ones require immediate attention and are worth pursuing
- Design and type general correspondences, emails, memos, and reports
- Social media administration
- Work on special projects assigned by ED
- Light phones

Requirements
- Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and database software
- Must be familiar with all forms of social networking
- Must be a self-starter who takes initiative without direction
- Must have excellent organization skills
- Must be able to multi-task and change priorities constantly throughout the day
- Must work well in a high stress environment
- Must be polished and professional
- Must be an excellent writer and communicator
- Must have high level of discretion when working with sensitive material

Preferably
- College degree
- Experience working in the non-profit sector
- Knowledge of donation database software
