Position Description:

Familiarize oneself with IRD, the Statement of Work and other relevant background material.

Work closely with the Chief of Communications and Advocacy and provide support to the C&A team including (in rough order of priority):

- Call center coordination and Haiti donor support
- Manage Haiti list of donors/donations
- Assist in the fulfillment of promotional items and assembly of press kits
- Organize and update the IRD photo-database
- Provide support to Media officer, Web officer, and Publications officer
- Provide support to event planning committee
- Read, edit and comment on materials prior to publication
- Perform research and analysis as requested

Deliverables:

- Haiti donor list and expanded IRD contacts list
- Press kits, shipments of promotional items to field
- Updated photo-database
- Reports, analyses, and research
