Duties and Accountabilities
Demonstrates competence within the following attributes: For all Portfolio Projects:
Manage receipts of all reports due from shoppers and IFC administrators. Follow up on missing reports with the Investment Officers or the shoppers.
Set up and maintain the Operational information Store, IFC’s common repository system for tracking receipt of portfolio data, insurance policies and reports from client). Liaise with the Environmental and Social Department on maintenance of environmental/social and insurance ratings of all shoppers.
Track receipt of insurance policies from shoppers, follow up on missing policies; and liaise with the HQ insurance specialist.
Work on compliance necessities, with a selected stress on Share Exception Reports, and dealing with IOs on collecting overdue share certificates.
Work closely with Department’s DOTS Champion in measuring development results and develop pointers to assist streamline the method of tracking development impact results
Assist in drafting disbursements for fund comes at the central unit for personal Equity and Funds department comes. Portfolio Assistant’s responsibilities are to create positive that every one necessities are entered properly, fully and on time. Create and follow up on distributions by ensuring that every one distributions are properly recorded (using shares when needed).
Liaise with Investment Officers, Lawyers, Insurance Specialists, Environmental and Social Specialists, monetary Officers and data Officers on portfolio problems as needed.
Manage special departmental portfolio comes and different unexpected duties as assigned by the management.

Selection Criteria
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Project Management
Excellent information of portfolio databases and systems laptop software.
Good information of IFC’s portfolio procedures and processes.
Excellent organizational, administrative, and time management skills with proven ability to attain results underneath tight deadlines.
Ability to assume independently, analyze issues and determine acceptable solutions.
Good interpersonal skills and also the ability to figure with individuals the least bit levels (inside and outdoors IFC) with demonstrated oneness, responsiveness and tact.
