This position will be responsible for managing and enhancing the financial, analysis, planning, reporting and budgeting processes. Primary responsibilities include forecasting financial results and cash flow on a rolling basis, the analysis of the monthly department financial statements, interpreting results, indentifying trends and other financial relationships that impact financial performance and performing as the key process owner of the annual budget.

- BA/BS in Accounting/Finance/Business; MBA preferred
- Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in the area of finance including at least three (3) years direct experience in financial planning (budget and forecast) at the corporate level
- Direct experience in managing planning processes that involved cross-functional collaborations, data review/analysis and presentation to senior management
- Proven process management skills with experience leading a complex, cross-functional process; ability to create or improve a process with little guidance
