The Recruiting Specialist/International Support Associate is responsible for the recruitment of non-exempt and exempt positions. May include legal specialists, Country Directors, and consultants who work overseas on a temporary basis. Coordinates a variety of employee programs and job fairs. Provides analysis/reports on monthly recruitment activity and may assist in the development of various programs.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree from four-year college or university. 2-3 years of HR experience largely in recruitment. Knowledge and/or interest in international development a plus.
